At Books, we want you to love every story you purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all books are in their original, unread condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Books

  Carefully place the books in their original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent spine damage or corner creases during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
